Hi, I’m Meridith

NASM Certified Fitness Trainer

I became an NASM certified personal trainer to help women over 40 realize that their best years aren’t behind them — they’re just getting started. Like many women, I spent years spinning my wheels in endless HIIT classes and bootcamp workouts, never lifting heavy and wondering why I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. Through my education, I discovered that not only were these workouts ineffective for long-term change, but they were also putting unnecessary stress on my hormones.

It wasn’t until I embraced heavy lifting that everything shifted. I saw my body transform, my energy soar, and my confidence return in ways I never thought possible. That experience sparked my passion to help other women do the same.

Today, I specialize in helping women over 40 build strength through heavy lifting, optimize their health with personalized nutrition counseling, and create sustainable lifestyle habits that support lasting wellness. My mission is to empower you to feel strong, capable, and vibrant — inside and out.

Fitness isn’t about restriction, exhaustion, or chasing quick fixes. It’s about fueling your body, lifting heavy, and living fully. I’m here to guide you every step of the way and show you just how powerful you can be — in the gym and in life.

Customized Workout Programs

  • Tailored plans based on at-home workouts or at a gym
  • Includes video demonstrations and adjustments as needed
  • Clients will film 4 exercises a week and I will return with my own videos with form and overall feedback
  • Clients will log their reps and weights with a goal of progressive overload

Weekly Check In

Weekly check-ins discussing the prior week’s workouts, nutrition, and any other feedback

Nutrition Coaching

Support for weight loss, muscle gain, or overall wellness

  • Guidance on protein intake
  • Established overall daily calorie target as well as Macro spread
  • Clients will log their daily food intake in My Fitness Pal which will be reviewed in weekly check-ins

Educational Onboarding Session

One hour onboarding where the workout is presented alongside the science behind the overall program
